Program aims :

The aim of this program is to provide postgraduate students with basic and advanced knowledge in the field of public health and community medicine in addition to lend them practical skills of scientific research, enabling them to recognize their community problems and to manage these problems in order to achieve community development.

This aim will be achieved through:

1.1. Being aware of updating problems in the field of Public Health.

1.2. Determination of practical problems and suggestion of solutions.

1.3. Performance of practical skills and utilization of suitable technological methods in clinical practice.

1.4. Utilization of the available resources efficiently.

1.5. Awareness of his role in community development, health promotion and protection of the environment.

1.6. Learning how to create and implement effective public health solutions that reflect an understanding of complex, dynamic public health issues.

1.7. Enhancement of career prospects by continuous self learning ,gaining strategic leadership  and communication skills to solve public health issues.

1.8. Provision of the opportunity to carry out focused research in the discipline under close supervision in order to develop their skills and expertise.

1.9. Being up to date with basic scientific knowledge using methods and technologies of scientific research.
