ويذكر ان الجامعة الأهلية الجديدة تضم كليات : الطب البشري، وطب الأسنان، والعلاج الطبيعي، والهندسة، وتكنولوجيا العلوم الصحية التطبيقية، والاقتصاد وإدارة الأعمال، وعلوم الحاسب، بالإضافة الى إنشاء كليات ومعاهد عليا متخصصة ووحدات بحثية أخرى.
وأكد رئيس جامعة بنها انه تم الانتهاء من كافة الاستعدادات الخاصة بالجامعة الأهلية من حيث الكوادر البشرية والفنية والإدارية التي تتولى تشغيلها وإدارتها ، مضيفا ان الجامعة الأهلية لا تهدف إلى الربح وتهدف إلى إعداد خريج متميز قادر على المنافسة فى سوق العمل محليا وإقليميا ودوليا.
