By the end of the course, the student should be able to:

2.a.2-  Describe the neurological pathway of itch and pain.

2.a.3- Discuss the hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis and its role in controlling testicular functions.

2.a.4-  explain the adrenal hormones and their effects on skin and male reproductive system.

2.a.5-  Describe cutaneous circulation and the mechanism of hemostasis

2.a.6-  Define anemia and  enumerate its types and causes.

2.a.7- Define cyanosis and list its causes.

2.b.1-  interpret physiological information.

2.b.2-solve dermatological or andrological problem based on the physiological background.

2.c.1- transform observed clinical manifestations into physiological data.

2.c.2- Diagnose the etiology of dermatological and andrological diseases based on understanding the normal physiology of the skin.

2.d.1-  Communicate and cooperate with colleagues in an appropriate manner.

2.d.2- Demonstrate respect to all persons irrespective of their socio-cultural or religious status.

2.d.3- Use the sources of physiological information to remain current with the advances in knowledge & practice.
